Together. For success.
I have the privilege of working with something that both interests me and engages me. Everything about patent rights and patent strategies is fascinating and I cannot imagine any work that would be more exciting. All stages of the process towards the strong patent have their charm and being involved in these never cease to be interesting.
With several years of experience as an examiner at the Swedish Patent and Registration Office, I have good insight into what is required by a patent application in order for an inventive concept to be patentable. I’m well familiar with the patent process and I’m also well aware of the importance of doing things the right way, from the beginning, in order to achieve a strong patent. Furthermore, I also have a lot of experience in searches and how to find relevant prior art, as well as good knowledge of what is important during the prosecution of a patent application towards a patent.
A field that I find particularly interesting is the excluded subject matter, especially computer implemented inventions. I have also been a trainer within this field at the Swedish Patent and Registration Office.
I am determined, professional and I always have the client in focus. I like challenges and I love to work with all matters related to patents.
My aim is always that our collaboration should be long-term. It is therefore very important for me to perform well, all the way. It is important to establish trust. I value an open, clear and ongoing dialogue. And my goal is to give you the best possible help, customized for you. As an examiner I have met all kinds of applicants, from the individual inventors to the global companies, and I am well aware of the different needs. Both depending on the client, but also depending on the phase the client is in. Together we make it.
