Turnover has greatly increased
According to the latest analysis by the business Affärsvärlden, Ström & Gulliksson’s turnover increased by 16 percent in 2005. Compared to other patent firms in Sweden this was the second greatest increase in turnover. All leading names in the Swedish patent business field came lower down in the ranking with Awapatent in seventh place (+2 %), Brann in eighth place (+1 %), Albihns in ninth place (+/-0 %), Groth & Co in tenth place (-1 %), and Zacco in twelfth place (-5 %). On the list (based on overall turnover) showing the biggest Swedish patent firms, Ström & Gulliksson ended up in sixth place after Awapatent (1), Albihns (2), Brann (3), Zacco (4) and Groth & Co (5).
Affärsvärlden also ranked Swedish law firms with income from intellectual property. The results show that Ström & Gulliksson’s collaborative partner, Advokatbyrån Gulliksson, was by far the most successful in intellectual property-related matters, both in terms of the amount of income, and intellectual property as a proportion of overall turnover.
